Johannesburg - The Gauteng Education Department is investigating an Edenvale teacher for allegedly exposing his pupils to pornography.
It's understood the Life Orientation teacher at the Edenglen High School was watching porn on his laptop on Tuesday when the images flashed on the projector.
Pupils then fled the classroom.
The education department's Phumla Sekhonyane said some parents have complained.
“We reported the incident to the department on Tuesday and notified the teacher of the intention to suspend him and he has 48 hours to respond.”
