Representatives of the ANC in the Free State could hardly contain their excitement as Judge Fouché Jordaan ruled in their favour at the provincial High Court this morning.
Jordaan dismissed a case by four applicants from a disgruntled faction within the party who approached the court last year to challenge the legality of the party's provincial conference which was held in May last year.
The secretary of the ANC in the province, Paseka Nompondo, told OFM News that this ruling was proof that the party's internal processes do work and are the best form of resolve to disputes within the party.
