Speaking to OFM News from the Fourth Raadsaal in Bloemfontein, where Ntombela delivered her second State of the Province Address which had a heavy focus on reducing youth unemployment and creating job opportunities for the youth in the province, Manabile says she is particularly pleased with the inclusion and revitalisation of the creative arts sector, which is one that enjoys a lot of youth participation in the province.
