The Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, served her Free State representative with a notice of his suspension this afternoon. Hamilton Samuel made media headlines after his affidavit of alleged financial mismanagement in Mkhwebane's office. He also wrote to her yesterday, asking her to resign after her defeat in court.
