#Coronavirus: NW premier welcomes back students─── LUCKY NKUYANE 07:14 Mon, 30 Mar 2020
North West Premier, Job Mokgoro, will today welcome back two students who were part of a group of 112 South Africans who were repatriated from Wuhan in China.
The two were also part of a group that completed a 14-day quarantine at the Ranch Hotel in Polokwane, Limpopo, before being seen off by President Cyril Ramaphosa on Sunday.
They also tested negative for the Covid-19 and were declared healthy to be reunited with their families back in the province.
Premier Mokgoro will be accompanied by the MEC for Social Development, Boitumelo Moiloa. Meanwhile, the province has so far confirmed six cases of the virus.
One of the cases could be traced back at a church gathering in Bloemfontein where five international guests tested positive for the virus.
