NW CIT robber remains in custody─── MARVIN NTSANE 15:40 Mon, 14 Sep 2020
A cash-in-transit heist suspect will remain in custody after his case was postponed by the Rustenburg Magistrate's Court in North West on Monday.
The provincial Hawks' spokesperson, Tlangelani Rikhotso, says the 31-year-old suspect, Mlindeni Ndlovu, will remain in custody until the next court appearance for his bail application on 17 September.
Ndlovu was also a most wanted suspect linked to a cash-in-transit robbery that took place in Rustenburg in July last year. He was arrested in Hillbrow in Johannesburg following a joint police operation headed by the Rustenburg Hawks last week Friday.
Rikhotso confirms that there are more suspects and that further arrests can be expected.
