More skeletons to be exposed in #FSAsbestosGate - Dukwana─── LUCKY NKUYANE 13:37 Wed, 11 Nov 2020

A former Free State MEC says more of ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule's skeletons will be exposed in the R255 million failed asbestos project court case.
Former Free State Social Economic Development MEC Mxolisi Dukwana, who previously made damning allegations against Magashule at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry, told OFM News that Magashule must account for everything that’s coming his way.
Speaking ahead of Magashule’s court appearance at the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Friday, he says Magashule acted in a manner which was inappropriate for a very long time and despite repeated calls made against the former premier, no action was taken. Instead, in 2012, people who raised concerns were labelled as the regime change. Dukwana says they are the ones that helped Magashule to be at the helm of the party structures during the 1990s.
“If something is wrong? Do you decide that because I worked with you I should not raise the matter? I worked with Ace way back in 1992 and he found me a leader of the ANC and we welcomed him in the region of the North. And we also helped him become the chairperson of the ANC but when something is wrong we must call it, and this time we are calling it,” he adds.
Dukwana led a large contingent of ANC members during the march to the Free State Premier, Sisi Ntombela’s office at OR Tambo House, which subsequently ended at the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday where 7 suspects, including former Mangaung Mayor Olly Mlamleli and businessman Edwin Sodi, appeared in courtroom 20 in relation to the asbestos case.
"I’ve never been afraid to raise anything that I felt needed to be raised, and what we are saying here today, is not new. In 2012 these people you see here were called the regime change when they were saying you are doing something wrong and you are not following processes of the ANC," he further adds.
He emphasises that later on, over the years, the Constitutional Court proved them correct because the ANC leadership, which was elected under Magashule, was disbanded. He explains that in 2017 the same thing happened. "I mean, the leadership of the national executive committee (NEC) should begin to say 'wait a minute, what is it that is happening in the Free State that is so wrong'," he adds.
Dukwana previously told the State Capture Commission of Inquiry chairperson, Judge Raymond Zondo, that Magashule was not fit to hold public office.
