A man accused of inciting violence in Senekal during the first appearance of two men accused of killing Brendin Horner is appearing in court.
André Pienaar is facing charges of incitement to violence, public violence and attempted murder.
The 51-year-old was granted bail in the High Court in Bloemfontein after the Senekal Magistrate's Court dismissed his earlier bail application.
He was part of a group that clashed with police after they had demanded the two murder suspects be released into their custody.
Shots were fired in the courthouse and a police vehicle was torched.
