The Departments of Health, Police, and other stakeholders have been hard at work since Monday, doing door-to-door screening. Concerned residents are responding well to the initiative.

OFM News earlier reported that the area is tipped to be a hotspot in the Tswaing Local Municipality.

North West Department of Health spokesperson, Tebogo Lekgethwane, said this is a continued fight against the pandemic.

Lekgethwane adds residents can request identification from screening agents, and report any suspicious behaviour to local authorities.
