Public relations officer for the local Community Policing Forum, Musa Zanempi, says the offices will be closed until Wednesday.

Zanempi further adds other offices that will be temporarily closed includethe police clearance office, accident office and the finance offices.

Services will resume following fumigation and sanitisation as per Covid-19 protocols, Zanempi adds.

Zanempi however assured the public that the closures will not hamper essential and emergency services, and the community service centre, radio room, charge offices and detective’s offices will remain operational.

Zanempi urged the community to be patient and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
