NC Health requests help in finding #Kimberley patient’s family─── OLEBOGENG MOTSE 08:30 Fri, 30 Jul 2021

The Northern Cape Health Department calls on the public to help in finding the family of an elderly man hospitalised in Kimberley for the last month.
The department says all they have at present is the name of the elderly man, estimated to be about 70 years old, which is Mlungiseni Maselani. He is currently being kept at the Robert Mangaliso Sobukwe Hospital and cannot remember his next-of-kin’s contact details or residential address.
OFM News’ Olebogeng Motse reports that Maselani was found wandering in a veld in Galeshewe shortly before he was admitted to hospital.
Departmental spokesperson, Lulu Mxekezo, says they have tried other avenues to try and locate Maselani’s family but he does not have any form of identification and Home Affairs has not been able to find an address for his family. He reportedly speaks IsiXhosa fluently and says he hails from Queenstown in the Eastern Cape.
A comprehensive list of missing people in South Africa can be found on the police's website.
This is a developing story.
