#Kimberley's Olympic street skateboarder more motivated than before─── 12:48 Fri, 30 Jul 2021
Olympic street skateboarder, Boipelo Awuah, is excited to be back home and looks forward to spend time with her dearly missed family members and to heal.
Speaking to OFM News, Awuah says that she is absolutely amazed at the abundance of legendary sportsmen and women that she met during her time at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
She says that she is now even more motivated than ever to recover from her pelvic injury and work hard towards her goal of skating in the 2024 Paris Olympics. She says she enjoyed exploring the Olympic village and getting to know her fellow South African athletes.
Futhermore, she wishes to encourage everyone her age to continue working towards their dreams and to never give up.
