It should, however, start clearing by this evening.

Engelbrecht says the weather service also issued a level three warning for disruptive rain over the western Free State.

“It should start clearing from Sunday evening, and for the whole of next week we are not expecting any rain. It does look like there is a small chance of light rain on Tuesday evening, 17 August, over the eastern parts of the Free State - but that’s the only possible rain for next week,” Engelbrecht concludes.
