This, following his brief appearance in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Friday.

Free State Hawks spokesperson, Christopher Singo, says the 43-year old accused was released on R10 000 bail after his case was postponed to next Wednesday (15 September 2021) so that the company director of Pit Dog Trading can be added to the charge sheet.

He said that the accused faces charges of tender fraud and corruption to the tune of R21 million.

The matter was reported to the Hawks in Bloemfontein, which led to the suspect handing himself over to investigators on Friday.
