Lifestyle audits for government workers now a reality─── CATHY DLODLO 14:24 Wed, 08 Dec 2021
The Public Service Commission (PSC) is going to monitor the lifestyle audits on government officials who are living lives way too glam for their salaries.
The commission indicated in its quarterly bulletin that these audits by the National Department of Public Service and Administration will commence in February next year. OFM News previously reported on a case of a Free State government official who did business with the government and made it to the top 10 cases identified by this department to be investigated.
Free State Public Service Commissioner, Henk Boshoff, says 42 ethics officers have been trained to do these audits.
