A vehicle overturned on the R700 between Soutpan and Bultfontein in the Free State on Thursday afternoon.
The Provincial Emergency Medical Services (EMS) spokesperson, Sipho Towa, tells OFM News that a bakkie rear-ended and collided with the other.
Towa says two adults were declared dead on the scene. One toddler was declared dead and one was critically injured. He says the injured patient was transported to Bloemfontein MediClinic.
OFM News has sent an inquiry to EMS and is waiting on news about the condition of the patient.
