Dihlabeng police receive land─── 07:00 Sat, 12 Feb 2022
A shortage of land for the construction of enough offices will no longer be a headache for the police in Dihlabeng in the Free State.
This follows the recent handing over of land to the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the local municipality.
The handover was done under the supervision of executive mayor, Tseki Tseki.
Among other things, Tseki said during the event that police stations are strategically located for better coverage and a faster response time.
He believes this land will help the SAPS to have a favorable working environment.
Tseki was inaugurated as mayor just after the municipal election last year.
