A fatal accident on the N3 in the Free State has led to the death of four people Wednesday morning.
The provincial Emergency Medical Services' (EMS) spokesperson, Sipho Towa, tells OFM News that at about 05:58 on Wednesday morning, emergency services personnel were called to a scene. On arrival, they discovered that four people died following a collision between a light motor vehicle and a truck, about 30km from Warden towards Villiers.
Towa says that three more people were critically injured. One patient was moderately injured. He confirmed that all patients were transported to the Thebe Hospital, where one patient was declared dead on arrival.
