Murder case against Zastron minor postponed─── 10:24 Sat, 07 May 2022

A Grade 6 learner from Zama Primary School in Zastron appeared in the town’s Magistrate’s Court on Friday after he allegedly stabbed a fellow learner to death on Wednesday.
Free State SAPS spokesperson, Peter Kareli, confirmed to OFM News that the matter has been postponed to this coming Wednesday 11 May.

This, as the court awaits an assessment report by a social worker.

OFM News on Wednesday reported that that the matter was adjourned to Friday as there was no social worker available for a consultation.

Kareli further added that the suspect will be remanded at a youth centre in Bloemfontein until his next appearance.
