“I always ask God for strength, more because I did this for community development and it's evident that hard work pays.”
After months of intense auditions as a finalist, Berlina Lekgethwane is ready for the big day. Mrs South Africa 2023 will be crowned tomorrow at Emperor‘s Palace in Kempton Park.
On 30 July, 80 women were shortlisted for the final and Lekgethwane from Ramokokastad in North West was one of them. Speaking to OFM News, she said the journey has been overwhelming, and it humbles her daily.
Yesterday during the awards ceremony, she walked away with two awards, Best Personality of the Year and Best Women Empowerment.
