Noupoort - The Centre for Child Law says it will be working with the Department of Social Development to address fresh incidents of abuse reported at the Noupoort drug rehabilitation centre in the Northern Cape.
This after the Centre presented the court with an affidavit containing allegations of excessive punishments and violations of children's rights.
The Child Law Centre's Ann Skelton says while some people may say that the rehabilitation programme works for their children, minimum standards must be adhered to.
