Two men fell into a sewerage hole in Viljoenskroon in the Free State on Saturday.
When Emergency Medical services and the Moqhaka fire arrived on the scene, the found the men trapped inside. One man was rescued, and was treated after he showed signs of poisioning from the chemicals. One man couldnt be rescused in time, and was he was declared dead on the scene.
