Christiana - The principal at Christiana School for the Blind has been suspended with immediate effect. Magotlha Kekana has been served with a suspension letter following the death of four boys at the school. The boys burned to death while trapped in their dormitory last week. Kekana is the second person to be suspended by the department after hostel master David Bergh was suspended. North West Department of Education has raised questions as to why the boys aged between 8 and 13 were locked inside the room and an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
