Potchefstroom - The North West Province has the third highest pass rate in the country. Education MEC Raymond Elisha attributed the province's success to intervention strategies which have born fruit. OFM's Dane Beisheim.
The Northern Cape showed the biggest decline - by 3.5 percent to 68.8 percent. The province's MEC for Education Grizelda Cjiekella, announced this morning that Duineveld High School in Upington was the Northern Cape's top performing school for 2011. Upington High School and Kimberley Girls' High, were in second and third place respectively.
