The worker has sparked chills online after capturing the bizarre and unsettling moment on camera during a late-night shift. While filming the hospital parking lot in December, the man noticed what appeared to be a pale, ghost-like face staring back at him from inside a parked car.

The figure seemed to move – even ducking slightly – as though it was aware it was being watched.

Curious and clearly unnerved, the worker walked outside to investigate. But when he reached the vehicle, it was completely empty. No driver. No passengers. Nothing. Moments later, after returning to his original position, the face appeared again in the car window, seemingly watching him once more.

The eerie footage quickly went viral, with viewers split over what it could be. Some believe it’s a paranormal encounter, while skeptics argue it may be an optical illusion, a reflection in the glass, or an elaborate prank. 

The man who recorded the video later mentioned hearing a loud bang just before the sighting, raising the possibility that someone staged the scare.
