Free State Stars says it’s business as usual at the Absa Premiership club, following Steve Komphela’s announcement that he will stay on as head coach. Yesterday, Safa said in a statment that Komphela and the Association failed to reach an agreement on the position of Technical Director. The former acting Bafana Bafana coach was beaten by Gordon Igesund in the race to become permanent coach of the national side last month. Stars’ Lebohang Maketa says Komphela has recently signed another two year contract with the club.
