Garden Route holiday bookings filling up for December─── 10:52 Wed, 21 Oct 2020
South Africans are taking advantage of the domestic travelling guidelines as set out under the Level 1 lockdown restrictions by making holiday bookings.
Things are especially looking up for the Garden Route where bookings are filling up quickly.
The Tourism Manager for George, Joan Shaw, says George, Uniondale, and Wilderness had reported a significant increase in bookings over the last two weeks.
She says members of George Tourism is already fully booked for December as per Covid-19 capacity restrictions.
Shaw says that all establishments are ready to receive holidaymakers and are committed to upholding Covid-19 protocols to limit the spread of the virus.
