Several doctor's rooms were flooded at the Midvaal Private Hospital.
Meanwhile, the South African Weather Services is warning of more possible storms and flooding in different parts of the country this weekend.
KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng have been the worst hit by freak rain conditions this week.
