ANC serves De Ruyter with legal documents over corruption claims─── 07:05 Sat, 04 Mar 2023
ANC Secretary-General, Fikile Mbalula, confirms they have served former Eskom CEO André de Ruyter with papers, (letter of demand), following his recent television interview allegations.
Mbalula denies the ANC benefited from Eskom corruption, and says De Ruyter is not a whistleblower by going to etv studios.
The former CEO claimed the utility has been looted for decades.

He also alleged cabinet ministers and other well-connected officials have had a hand in the looting.
The ANC wants De Ruyter to give evidence on these allegations of political meddling and corruption at Eskom.
He must do this within seven days or face a lawsuit.
Mbalula was speaking at Luthuli House on Friday.
