I have never met an egg I didn’t like. Fried, poached, scrambled, in an omelette, hard-boiled, devilled or not, eggs make me happy (although I would give the popular Chinese dish 100-year eggs a miss).

I’ve been a chicken-pescatarian (as one friend called it!) for a very long time. It’s not even a real thing. It’s a vegetarian that also eats fish, seafood and chicken. Thus, not really a vegetarian at all.
