
The Nashua Invitational Golf Day takes place at Bloemfontein Golf Club on 13 April 2023. This fundraiser is in aid of Engo, a non-profit and non-governmental welfare organisation operating in the Free State (read more below).
Last year, funds raised by the Nashua Invitational Golf Day were used for maintenance at Engo’s centres and offices, and to assist children leaving Engo's Child and Youth Care Centres with scholarships.

- A Breitling Endurance Pro, 6 Nations Limited Edition watch sponsored to and worn by Jaco Peyper in the in the Grand slam match; The watch is worth Pound Sterling 3,200 / +-R70,000. The buyer of this watch will also receive a Framed Match Ball used in the Match, and the program and accreditations from the Grand Slam Victory in which Johnny Sexton broke the all-time 6 Nations history points scoring record against England on 18 March 2023.
- A 2019 RWC Springbok jersey signed by Springbok captain Siya Kolisi; and
- A 2019 RWC Japan jersey signed by Japan Co captain Lappies Labuschagne and worn in the Quarterfinal match against the Springboks in Tokyo.
Engo consists of six different sub-programmes:
- 33 child and youth care centres, which take care of between 700 and 800 children who were removed by the Children's Court;
- 10 family care offices, which work with needy families and children in the Free State, reaching close to 43 000 people per year;
- two centres for disabled people (in Viljoenskroon and Bethlehem), which take care of 35 disabled people on a daily basis;
- 20 aged care centres, including independent housing schemes, frail care and two dementia units, caring for some 2700 elderly people in the Free State;
- Hospital service, which does face-to-face ministry work in hospitals in Bloemfontein, and has extended its services with online support to more than 26 000 people; and
- Adoption services, facilitating the adoption process, to place adoptable children in the permanent care of suitable adoptive parents.
