Anny refers to herself as a true Free State farm girl, having grown up on a farm outside Bloemfontein, loves the outdoors and knows how to drive a tractor.

Born 3 September 1985 and matriculated at Jim Fouche High in Bloemfontein, with her love for connecting with people and traveling, she pursued a career in photography and specialised in deep sea angling, aerobatics, and action sport photography.

Her great pride and joy are her kids. If you ask her what drives her, her answer is clear: "To see people happy and overcoming challenges in life".

Enjoying good music and having fun is her super power, she has always been fond of the entertainment world and started her radio career at (MedFM, a Bloemfontein community station) in 2021 where she fell in love with radio. She presented the Drive Show 15:00 – 18:00 and later on the Breakfast Show 06:00 – 09:00.

Her great passion for radio led her to participate in the OFM O-dition presenter search in 2023 where she was announced as one of the top five finalists.

Anny’s dream to become part of the commercial radio world became a reality as she is now one of the fresh new voices on OFM.

Anny presents ‘Opstaan’ – 100% Afrikaans music, weekends, 05:00 – 06:00. She also presents the latest Afrikaans releases on ‘Nuut in Afrikaans’ on Sundays, 19:00 – 20:00. Thereafter listeners can relax in her company and unwind their weekend, 20:00 – 22:00
