Shandor Potgieter's Biography

Born in the beautiful town of Phalaborwa and raised in Bloemfontein, Shandor Potgieter’s musical career began at the tender age of 18. He made his artistic mark with the establishment of ‘Oros in ’n lang glas’, an Afrikaans folk rock music project. He later became involved at Tjhabelang, a NPO situated in the rural area of Bainsvlei outside of Bloemfontein. In early 2017, Shandor found himself in the OFM studios as part of a marketing campaign for an upcoming tour, he then realised his passion to entertain, inform and interact with the listeners of Central South Africa’s best radio station, OFM. Shandor describes himself as a hungry, ambitious man with a passion for entertainment and the arts. Shandor joined the OFM family on April 1st 2017.
