Pretoria - Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu has described former President Nelson Mandela as being like a "magician" who waved a wand and changed the chemistry of South Africa.
Tutu's was speaking at an event on Monday night in tribute to Madiba at the Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory in Houghton.
Tutu says Madiba's ability to forgive his oppressors is what set him apart from other leaders.
