The death toll of people killed when a townhouse collapsed at in Alberton has risen to nine.
Johannesburg - The death toll of people killed when a townhouse
collapsed at the Meyersdal Eco Estate in Alberton, south-east of Johannesburg,
has risen to nine.

Steinmann confirmed this report on Monday afternoon.
Steinmann says rescue workers are still at the
scene going through the rubble.
Beeld reports eight people have died, but went up to nine when another injured person died.
It is unknown how many people are still trapped underneath the rubble. The media is currently not allowed on the scene.
