For 29 years the Kimberley Academy of Music has focused on giving young and old the opportunity to discover a love for music. Manager and teacher, Estelle Vorster, joins Mid-Morning Magic’s Yolanda Maartens in the OFM Art Beat.
The OFM Art Beat finds out more about their vision for music in the Northern Cape and a vacancy they currently have at the Kimberley Academy of Music.
In 2024, the Kimberley Academy plans various events to celebrate 30 years in the music industry and invites you to support their initiatives. Based at Staats Primary School in Klisserville, Kimberley, they offer a variety of music tutoring which includes music theory, piano, recorder, vocal coaching, violin, brass instruments and woodwind instruments. They also offer coaching for ensembles and choirs. Manager, Estelle Vorster, also explains their involvement with the Kimberley Children’s Choir which celebrates their 35th birthday in 2024.
