Taking place in Bloemfontein on 21 August 2026, this much-anticipated event brings golfers, businesses and the community together for a day on the course – but its purpose goes far beyond golf.

The golf day supports Talitha Cumi, a Place of Safety, operated by CRC Cares for vulnerable, abandoned and abused children.

Since opening its doors in 2008, Talitha Cumi has cared for more than 1,656 vulnerable children, providing a safe environment where they can receive care, protection, love and the opportunity for a new beginning.

For a child who has experienced abandonment, abuse or difficult circumstances, having a safe place to call home can be life-changing. But creating that safe environment takes more than four walls. It requires dedicated people, ongoing resources and a community willing to stand alongside these children.

That is what makes the Talitha Cumi Golf Day so meaningful. It brings people together around a shared purpose – helping create brighter futures for vulnerable children.

While this year's Golf Day is sold out, the need continues long after the final putt has dropped.
