Adele first gave the world a glimpse of her new physique in October last year when she posted a picture on Instagram with the caption that stated to her 33 million followers, “I used to cry but now I sweat.”
Then there were those photographs of herself on a beach in the Caribbean with Harry Styles, who probably weighs more than she does now, the images showed a dramatic weight loss.
So how did she do it? Well, according to US Weekly. she hired a personal trainer after her divorce last year to work out with her three times a week. Now as we all know, exercise alone will not shift those kilos – so here’s what’s circulating on the net as to what she might have done to shift the weight.
It’s called the Sirtfood Diet and it is certainly no magical formula but a fairly restrictive way of eating. As reported by the NY Post it was developed by UK nutritionists Aidan Goggins and Glen Matten.
The main menu items include wholesome, low-calorie foods, plenty of protein, fruit, green juice, berries, coffee, kale, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, parsley, red onions, soy, and turmeric. Apparently, these sirtuin foods stimulate the ‘skinny gene’. But before you rush out and buy a whole bunch of kale and green tea, there is apparently no scientific yet to prove any of this.
And to wrap, this is the picture that has gotten social media abuzz. Taken at Jay-Z's Oscars 2020 after-party, Adele is seen posing with Polish TV presenter Kinga Rusin. That tiny waist is impressive Adele!
