Sebokeng amputee dancer gets standing ovation at Britain’s Got Talent─── TSHEHLA KOTELI 13:42 Wed, 31 May 2023

The 27-year-old amputee dancer from Sebokeng, Southern Gauteng, received a standing ovation at Britain’s Got Talent and left the audience emotional.
Musa Motha has taken Britain’s Got Talent by storm with his dance skills. Before starting his performance he explained how he got his leg amputated. “I was diagnosed with cancer at a young age, which led to the amputation and I was a footballer before that. After the process, I fell in love with music, my friends were dancing at that time, and I asked them to teach me how to dance. And that’s where it started.”
He has recently moved to London and he believes that this is the right time for him to inspire more people. He told the judging panel, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, and Bruno Tonioli, he has always imagined himself on that stage, and he spent his entire life preparing for that moment. After his performance, Tonioli stood up, faced the audience, and said “Exceptional, we all agree with that right?”
At the end of his audition, the judges were faced with deciding to press the golden buzzer, which eventually, they did. He was announced as one of the finalists for the competition.
Musa Motha represented S.A. so well at Britain Got Talent. The crowd loved his performance to the point where they forced the judges to press the golden buzzer even after they have used them all.
