Bloemfontein - Arguments will be heard in the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein on Thursday where the police are appealing a Western Cape court finding that Fred van der Vyver was maliciously prosecuted for the murder of Inge Lotz.
The murder of Lotz meanwhile remains unsolved, and is being investigated by one of the country's top detectives, Piet Byleveld.
