Bloemfontein - The Bloemfontein Regional Court heard today that Damane Gwebu, the UFS student who alleges that he was assaulted by two fellow-students in February this year, is a racist.
This comes after his evidence was made out to be indicative of his racial attitude, by Johann Nel, the avocate of Cobus Muller and Charl Blom.
Muller faces four charges, including reckless driving, crimen injuria, attempted murder, and assault, while Blom faces a charge of assault.
The trial continues on August 13.
