Johannes du Toit trial postponed again─── 12:56 Tue, 19 May 2015
Bloemfontein - The trial of Johannes du Toit, who stands accused of killing a Bloemfontein biker, Michael Jacobs, has been postponed due to new information that has emerged.
According to the prosecutor, Leon Ehlers, the accused handed additional information to the state last week.
It’s alleged that Du Toit shot Jacobs five times, on the night of November 8 last year. He is out on R1 000 bail, which was granted in November last year.
The trial is expected to resume on June 23, at the Bloemfontein regional court.
