Bloemfontein - Police are looking for a suspect involved in a shooting that took place in Power Street, Bloemfontein, this morning.
The suspect allegedly shot a hawker five times before fleeing the scene. The SAPS’s Wendy Nkabi says the victim was in a critical condition and taken to a hospital by paramedics…
“Anyone with information about the suspect’s whereabouts or who saw what happened is requested to contact the investigating officer, Khaile Mathibela, at 082-779-8868 or Park Road Police Station at 051-507-6003,” says Nkabi.
The hawker, a Lesotho national, was on duty near the Maja-katata Taxi Rank, when the incident occurred, according to Nkabi.
