#AddHope at Lebone Village─── 16:00 Fri, 03 Nov 2017
Social media manager from KFC South Africa, Lebe Sekere, and individuals from various KFC outlets in Bloemfontein spent today at Lebone Village to cook for the children and play with them.
Sekere said they pay a visit to the village quite often to put a smile on the children’s faces. “The R2 from KFC that people donate, goes to these places to add hope,” said Sekere.
The children enjoyed playing outside on the jungle gyms while the KFC staff made delicious chicken stew.
Lebone Village is a faith based non-profit organisation situated just outside Bloemfontein. The Village is dedicated to bringing hope, dignity and support by providing holistic care to all vulnerable children, youth, their families, people affected by poverty.
Most of their children are orphaned because of the devastating effect HIV / AIDS has on our country. They currently have 5 sections in which they try to meet the needs of many.
