NW Police on a manhunt after foreign national was attacked─── KATLEHO MORAPELA 13:11 Thu, 15 Feb 2018
The Police in the North West have launched a manhunt after the attack of a foreign national in Rustenburg.
It is alleged the Nigerian foreign national was drenched in petrol, stabbed with a knife, and attacked with bottles at his hair salon yesterday.
Police spokesperson, Pelonomi Makau, says after receiving a tip-off, the police managed to rescue the victim before he was set alight.
The motive behind the incident is, however, still unknown. Makau says no arrests have been made and investigations continue.
