Bloemfontein - US Neo-Soul Artist, Maxwell has arrived in Central South Africa for the Macufe Festival. On his arrival he was welcomed by the Free State Premier, Beatrice Marshoff, MEC for Sports, Arts and Culture, Ace Magashule and other MEC's. Marshoff has also invited him for some African Cuisine at her residence as part of celebrating Macufe. Maxwell, who was excited by the warm welcome, shed a tear or two.
