Heavy flooding has caused several roads to close in KwaZulu-Natal. Provincial traffic's Bhekisisa Ncube says in Port Shepstone flooding has caused road P200 to be closed. It is reported that the bridge is flooded. At Batstones Bridge near Sugar Mill the road is also closed. On the N2 near KwaMakhutha, the off ramp is closed due to flooding. The N2 North bound near Mposa road is closed due to truck recovery. Heavy winds has caused trees to fall in Hibberdene. Meanwhile the Bloemfontein Weather Office says an e-mail in circulation regarding a supposed tropical cyclone which is said to hit Durban this afternoon, is utter nonsense.
