Erin Salo from Kimberely has been chosen and invited to be part of the USA Academic Tour, a tour which recognizes learners who have been excelling in their academics.
The USA Academic Tour has chosen pupils that have been academically excelling since they started high school, specifically in the top 10. Erin was chosen along with a few of her peers to attend this tour. You may only attend by exclusive invite.
Here's Erin's story:
My name is Erin Salo. I am a 16 year old Kimberley Girls' High Student in grade 10.
I'm known to be an overachiever in everything that I do, from my hobbies to my academics. I have a deep love and passion for animals and music. I am a volunteer at the SPCA whenever I have free time. I play the ukulele as well.
Above all else I have an infatuation with reading and literature, thinking about it and having extra time to indulge puts a spring in my step and a smile on my face.
My goal in life is to become an Astrophysicist or Marine Biologist. Out of space and the ocean have always been a mystery to the world and so being able to personally administer either would be a dream come true.
