Conspiracy Corner – Are these Kate Middleton photos real?─── 15:47 Wed, 06 Mar 2024
Fans think Kate Middleton's photos were fake as rumours swirl surrounding her whereabouts.
According to www.ebaumsworld.com, days after the internet collectively began panicking over the whereabouts of Catherine, Princess of Wales – a.k.a. Kate Middleton – fans speculated that she was off recovering from a BBL, on her own Gone Girl journey and even adopted a starring role in Glasgow’s now-infamous Willy’s Chocolate Experience, the royal has finally been spotted in the wild … or so they say.
On Monday, Middleton was spotted riding in an SUV alongside her mother near Windsor Castle, TMZ reported. Despite coming shortly after Kensington Palace issued an update on her health – “we were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant,” a spokesperson said of the rumours, per People.
Alongside its uncharacteristic graininess — “We literally have clearer pictures of Pluto,” wrote BuzzFeed’s @SpencerAlthouse — a purportedly enhanced version of the image did little to assuage fans’ worries, instead leaving Royal buffs with more questions than answers about Middleton’s health.
“Hold on a minute there internet. Someone removed the distortion from the Kate Middleton image produced on TMZ,” @CarmenGranddau captioned a digitally enhanced snap of the royal shared to Twitter. “Prince William, please come and ID your wife. Harpo, who dis?”

Carmen Granddau wasn’t the only one who noticed a stark difference between the person in the snap and Middleton’s usual paparazzi persona, with several arguing that the person in that seat was most definitely a paid actor.
