Tito Mboweni is expected to address Parliament on Wednesday with his much-anticipated annual budget speech.
Eskom, taxes and load-shedding are the hot topics right now, with many South Africans hoping that the finance minister will provide sustainable solutions that will not hurt their pockets.
Several people, including serial entrepreneur Michael Jordaan have taken to social media to share tips for Mboweni ahead of the budget speech.

@tito_mboweni #tipsfortito Dear Minister, I would like to propose that Eskom issues retail bonds to South African citizens, the interest from which should be tax free. Eskom should be able to raise this debt at rates which are mutually beneficial to Eskom and purchasers alike
